The role of the church in supporting the weak is to show compassion, provide assistance, and offer love and support to those in need. This is in line with the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 25:40, which says, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
