It is commanded in scripture to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2) and to show compassion and love to all (Colossians 3:12). The church can provide a safe space for individuals to find refuge, acceptance, and community, offering emotional support, practical help, and spiritual guidance to those who are facing ridicule or discrimination.
