One Christian approach to poverty and social justice is to follow the example of Jesus Christ in caring for the poor and marginalized. Scripture teaches us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31) and to actively seek justice and defend the oppressed (Isaiah 1:17). Christians are called to practice generosity, compassion, and advocacy for those in need, working towards systemic change to address social injustice and inequality.
